1. Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple-
As the name suggests, Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple means the place where Lord Krishna was born.
Lord Shri Krishna was born in a jail cell in Mathura. And now a grand temple of Lord Shri Krishna is established at this place, and inside this temple the birth place of Lord Shri Krishna is established, which is a holy land for the worship of Hindus.
2. Dwarkadhish Temple -
The Dwarkadhish temple was built in the year 1814. All the drawings, artifacts, and activities of Lord Krishna are observed in this temple. By seeing this temple, one gets to know about the vast life of Lord Krishna, then definitely go to this temple. This temple is near Vishram Ghat. On Krishna Janmashtami and Holi, there is a huge crowd of devotees here.
3. Banke Bihari Temple-
This temple is situated on Raman Reti in Vrindavan Dham. Because Banke Bihari is another form of Lord Shri Krishna. Here the idol of Krishna kept in black color is known as Banke Bihari ji. It is believed that you cannot take your eyes off their idol. Therefore, whenever you go to visit this temple, do not close your eyes and see God here, you should see here with eyes from Banke Bihari ji.
4. Mathura Museum -
This place is one of the major places to visit in Mathura. Mathura Museum was built in 1874 to display the important artifacts and unique architecture here. The depiction of this museum is also on the postage stamps issued by the Government of India. In this museum built of semi-precious stones, there is an overview of the old relics and sculptures of ancient India.
5. Radha Kund -
Mothers who are deprived of the son Ratna, must take a bath in this pool on going to Mathura. Radha Kund comes in Govardhan Parikrama at a distance of about 26 km from Mathura.
According to a legend, Lord Shri Krishna used to do cow-charan Leela in Govardhan. Krishna had felt the sin of killing cow, to get rid of this sin, Shri Krishna dug a pool – Shyam Kund with his flute and bathed in it, on which Radha ji next to Shyam Kund with his bracelet another tank – Radha Kund dug and bathed in it
6. Prem Mandir Vrindavan-
Prem Mandir was established by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj himself. The construction of this temple was completed in the year 2012 after 11 -12 years. Prem Mandir houses several idols depicting the life of Lord Krishna, various scenes from Krishna’s life, such as the lifting of the Govardhan mountain, are depicted on the periphery of the temple.
